*Please note:  This book has been a labour of love, hand transcribed by playing and replaying hundreds of fan shared video clips online.  The text has been checked and double checked for accuracy, however there may be a word or two we have missed or transcribed incorrectly.  If you spot one, please let us know but remember “Forgiveness is a nice thing to do!”

As each copy has been hand bound, there may be slight differences copy to copy.

We cannot accept refunds for either of these issues unless a printing issue impacts readability of the book. We will judge this on a case by case basis
