Refunds

We are unable to offer free returns at this time and so returns will be chargeable to the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

This book has been a labour of love, hand transcribed by playing and replaying hundreds of fan shared video clips online.  The text has been checked and double checked for accuracy, however there may be a word or two we have missed or transcribed incorrectly.  If you spot one, please let us know but remember “Forgiveness is a nice thing to do!”

As each copy has been hand bound, they may be slightly different copy to copy.

We cannot accept refunds for either of these errors unless a printing issue impacts readability of the book. We will judge this on a case by case basis

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
